With a strong foundation in sensory perception and an unwavering passion for the world of culinary arts and spirits, he brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to the table. Mark currently advocates his passion for spirit through his role as Regional Brand Ambassador for Bean Suntory – Bowmore & Auchentoshan.
