Join certified sleep coach Ieva Anskaitiene for a guided conversation on letting go of the “perfect night’s sleep” and discovering a more compassionate, human approach to rest. Through her own journey as a mother, woman, and former perfectionist navigating burnout, Ieva found healing in rest — and now helps others do the same.
This session will explore:
