“Authors on Authors” is a special conversation series designed to spotlight the art of writing, the evolving landscape of publishing, and the diverse voices shaping today’s literary world. From traditional routes to self-publishing journeys, the series creates space for candid dialogue between authors, readers, and the wider creative community.

The evening will also feature a Book Pop-Up, where participating authors can showcase and sell their works onsite. For authors with upcoming releases, a pre-sale QR code can be provided to connect readers with your book ahead of launch.

Featured Authors:

  • Arnaud Frade – The Sentient Start Up (forthcoming May 2026; available for pre-sale via QR code)

Arnaud Frade is a business strategist and thought leader whose upcoming book The Sentient Start-Up examines the intersection of technology, leadership, and human consciousness in the age of AI. Drawing from his experience in innovation and organisational culture, Arnaud reimagines how companies can cultivate empathy and adaptability amid rapid digital transformation. His work invites readers to rethink what it means for businesses and their leaders to truly be "sentient."

  • Uma Rudd – The Spotted Zebra (Penguin Random House, 2024)

Uma Rudd Chia is a creative director, author and neurodiversity advocate whose memoir The Spotted Zebra explores her journey of growing up with ADHD and learning to embrace difference in a world obsessed with the idea of "normal." The book is a deeply personal, transformative reflection on trauma, resilience, and unleashing your creative potential. Uma's work bridges storytelling, identity and advocacy, championing thinking outside the lines to redefine what it means to succeed on your own terms.

  • Cornelia Schuler – The Waiting Game (forthcoming release)
Cornelia Schuler has shaped executive leadership spanning 12 years within global corporations across Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, and Korea. Her book The Waiting Game is a critical analysis of a system that quietly stalls careers just when they reach peak performance. Cornelia writes as an insider who knows the wait all to well; the politics, and the silence of the 'concrete layer.' And she knows it's time to rewrite the rules.

  • Dr. Damini Chawla – Speaking Human: The Hardest Conversations You'll Have With Yourself (forthcoming release)
Dr. Damini Chawla is an award-winning keynote speaker, TEDx presenter, and trusted communication coach to leaders across Asia and beyond. A dentist turned communication strategist, she is the founder of Speaking Human– a global platform reframing how voices rooted in Asia show up in the world. Her book Speaking Human: The Hardest Conversations You'll Have With Yourself is a compelling exploration of how self-awareness transforms the way we speak, lead, and live.
