Designed to delight seasoned rosé lovers and newcomers alike, this curated tasting invites you to explore the origins, craftsmanship, and culture of the world’s most iconic rosé domaines.

Expect a guided journey through stories from Provence, paired with an exceptional line-up of wines—beginning with a welcome pour of champagne from the esteemed house of Ruinart, followed by celebrated Provençal rosés including Whispering Angel, Minuty, and AIX, alongside distinguished crus classés from Domaines Ott and Château Roubine. To complete the experience, a selection of canapés—specially paired under the guidance of Mandala’s Executive Chef, Jack Allibone— will be served throughout the evening.

Meet Your Host — Shailen

A passionate rosé enthusiast, Shailen has recently relocated to Singapore from the UK, bringing with him over two decades of appreciation for the wines of Provence and the Côte d’Azur. A frequent visitor to the region, he has just returned from this year’s harvest and is eager to share his discoveries—ranging from timeless vintages to exciting new finds.

Known for his warm and welcoming spirit, Shailen believes that rosé is more than a wine—it is a way to connect, to celebrate, and to savour life’s finer moments. His tastings are as much about good company and conversation as they are about the wines themselves, promising a memorable evening of shared stories, laughter, and convivial enjoyment.
