AI is changing how guests discover and research hotels.
This event has ended.
AI is changing how guests discover and research hotels, yet many hospitality websites are still built for an audience that no longer exists. This session uses Nikoi and Cempedak as a case study to explore how hospitality brands can rethink their digital experience in an increasingly AI mediated world. Members will get a closer look at features designed to make trip planning easier, while operators will gain insight into the thinking behind building websites that serve both guests and emerging AI driven search.
Meet the speakers

Jerica is an art director and founder of KOVA, a design studio operating at the intersection of branding, strategy and culture. Since 2020, she has shaped brands in hospitality, architecture and research services, working with clients such as Kyoob Architects, Mandala Club and ETH Zurich. Her design philosophy reflects a continual negotiation between the essential and the superfluous. A modern interpretation of the Swiss Design Style, she sees branding as the outcome of creative tension that emerges from diverse perspectives.

Oliver Corrin, Creative Director at EDG Design, is a branding and experience strategist with over 15 years of international experience across the UK, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. His work explores how AI, when applied quietly and thoughtfully, can reduce friction, support intuition, and create space for more present, human, and emotionally resonant hospitality experiences, where technology stays in the background and connection leads in the foreground.
